I recommend McCrea's.
They came to service my furnace, Generac and replaced my propane hot water tank near Calabogie. The staff were great to deal with, the work was of high quality and they cleaned up nice and neat.
They answered all my questions and taught me a thing or two.
This is a well run company.

Excellent service. We had a new electric boiler installed. Both Adam and Jesse were fantastic to deal with. The installed the boiler in the time required, 2 days. Adam went over the boiler with me and the programming of the thermostats. Will in sales came on site and went over how the boiler would work and explained the process to me. McCraes provided a very fair quote to install the new electric boiler. In the end we are very pleased with the results. We will see how the boiler operates over the next years.

Highly recommended! McCrea's took care of all of the HVAC systems in our new home near Calabogie, including heat pump, HRV, on-demand water, radon evac, gas fireplace, water purification, and more. On time, on budget, highly responsive to service calls, all systems working flawlessly.

After having another company come to do maintenance on my propane furnace and leaving a note that just said “furnace does not work”, I began to browse for where to use for a new one. Through the process I learned my old furnace wasn’t to code in many ways, which some places identified, others did not. Will spent a lot of time explaining what things needed to be updated and why, as well as how they would get things back to code as well as a wealth of other information. That time and effort was the biggest deciding factor as well as that he was the only one that offered to take out the old oil furnace that never made its way out of my basement when the propane one was installed. Carly that I spoke to through email was extremely pleasant, and Fabien and Avery that did my install were great as well. Definitely would recommend using McCreas as I browsed multiple options before making a commitment and am happy with how smoothly everything went!

My boiler failed on a Monday during the heating season. They assessed it and kept it running until a new boiler was installed two days later on Wednesday. Everyone involved was pleasant, understanding, and professional towards a fast solution. They do what they say and say what they do, so I understood the problem, the options, and the solution. I have no hesitation in recommending McCrea’s Climate Care. There are no problems, only solutions!

My experience with McCreas was excellent from the customer service, the technicians, sales department. They came right away even though I had never dealt with them before. They resolved the issue with my AC in a timely manner offered suggestions and fixed the issue professionally and explained everything
step by step. Very polite and did not put down the other company I had dealt with in the past. That says a lot right there.They will be my go to company from now on. Keep up the great work.
