If you're like me , finding bargains is always a good idea.
This thrift store is certainly one of my favorites. The volunteers are fantastic and friendly. They work very hard to keep the store well organized and very clean.
Everything is displayed to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable.
To try and list the items that you can find would be tooo long. So maybe the best option would be to try the MCC thrift store for yourself !
As of this posting, they are in need of volunteers 🙋‍♀️. Volunteering is a really great experience, I have certainly enjoyed it the various times I've done it !
The photos show a few items that I have bought the 'thrifty' way 💗 . I enjoy searching for new items to add to my various collection.
I have an unfortunate update. This may not be of interest to the majority of people but if you have a Joey ( service animal ), you will do well to enter this store with caution if the manager is there. She sorely lacks in people skills ,to say the least. Displays hostility and inability to commuicate in a civil manner.
A word to store owners and businesses ; please ensure your employees are trained regarding approaching handlers with their service dog 🐕‍🦺.
You do not know what medical ,emotional, or psychiatric issues they are coping with to require their service dog.
You are likely to cause great harm when approaching them aggressively.
Especially shouting and loud noises should be avoided.
If indeed you have triggered something, please 🙏 give them a chance to recover with the trained service dog 🐕‍🦺 as that will reduce injury.
As folks may have surmised, I am speaking from experience, today being one of them

Super awesome! They have a lot of clothes, paintings and books. Lots of other smaller sections like arts supplies and candles. Overall good

It's a thrift store, what more can be said other than if it's been donated to them why do they see it as a right to make money off the most economically challenged in our society? Everything should be free for the needy if I had the room I would ask people to donate stuff straight to us and I would have it out in the open for people to grab what they need, that's how a caring human being should behave!

Your TV commercials are pretty good. But the guy bringing in a box is phoney. You need to have attention to details as it is so obvious that the box is empty empty!!!

Always my favourite thrift store in Kelowna! The best employees, always greet you with a smile. Prices are fair and reasonable, great selection, never any junk or broken stuff. Highly recommend

I'm a bit obsessed by this thrift store. I love it and I'm almost always lucky in finding what I'm looking for. I always go here first and I always donate here first too.
Staff is amazing. They are friendly helpful and fun.
I see some bad reviews about the staff. Remember they are volunteers they dont get paid but are expected to put up with rude and unkind people.
Remember to treat them as you wish to be treated.

If your looking for a second hand store with great prices this is one of the best. You can always look around for those hidden gems. Great place to look for furniture or wall hangings. Because of the great prices items must come in and go out quickly. Lots of parking in the back of the store. If you need a place to donate this is the place. We bring everything here…
