Every time I come here, there is a large line, and people waiting outside and not one of the fancy automated machines are on. I generally come earlier in the day, but I have been here at varying hours and it's always the same.
All advertisement while it was being built was about these fast automated machines but there's only ever two human counters, I assume to receive more tips. Disappointed.

1pm on a Friday….4 unused auto machines while 4 employees counting by hand with 5 more people waiting in line. Why have the machines if won’t use them? This is now the 4th time in a row I have been there with same issue.

Edited after response: First off you don’t even know who I was as I never said anything to anyone while there about it. But I did observe 2 people leave to go elsewhere. Secondly all my cans and bottles were uncrushed so the automated machine can be used so do not try to tell me different.

Clearly the owner would rather be argumentative rather than use the review to improve their service

I absolutely loved my bottle run today!! This is my first time visiting and I was blown away. It was unexpected but I felt like a kid on a field trip! People inside are so friendly and the place was so clean. Kash, the manager, was kind enough to give me a quick tour and patiently explained how the sorting process worked.

I would never go anywhere else now from now on, I am official converted.

Oh and did I mention their bottle display, that was pretty Cool! This place is not your typical bottle depot. It’s definitely worth a trip, heck bring your kids on your next bottle run. Maybe add in a bottle or two for their wall collection.

I’m definitely bringing my kid here next time.

We always come to this bottle depot for the friendly, fast service. If your bottles and cans have labels and aren't crushed with no garbage in your bags, you can go to the automated sorting machine. It's really neat. Simi is our girl there and she always treats us well. Totally recommend coming to this depot!!

It's clean but during peak hours (like Saturday morning) they don't have machines running and there's a line out the door because they only have six staff hand sorting. What's the point of having the fancy sorting machines if they're not turned on?

Best depot I have ever been to! Hands down. The workers are kind and fast! Bring clean bottles and they will use their automatic machines, quick and efficient

Always clean and always fast, friendly service from all the staff. I always have so many items that can't go through the automated machines and no matter who I get to count manually they are always polite. Thanks for the great service.

The 5 Star hotel of bottle depots. Are your bottles sick and tired of travelling to dark, dingy, sticky bottle depot’s? Send them to a place that they will love and deserve.

Upon arrival they will enjoy a quick ride in the chalet shopping cart to the check in desk. Once inside they take a thrilling spin ride and then they are reunited with their fellow bottles.

I heard one customer say “ you mean I get to drink the liquid and return the bottles to this place? I am definitely drinking more”

Come today and they even let you leave with more money than you came with. Say that about another resort.... I think not.
