It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michel, and his wife over the phone - who speaks excellent English and is a delight to chat with. Like many new anglophones to the area it can be difficult to communicate but this business is bilingual which made communication a breeze.

Other contractors I called said 2 months + waitlists (if they even answered the phone at all!) but Michel was able to have my new outlet installed within 10 days of my first contact with him. Very grateful he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and he performed quick and excellent work. His prices are very reasonable and the final amount I paid was very close to what I expected to pay for this type of job.

I would definitely recommend Michel to my friends and family and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Very helpful, and great service. He was a bit hard to get a hold of to schedule (but I think that's because I struggle in French on the phone, and he struggles in English on the phone). In person communication was fabulous, absolutely no issues with the quality of work.

We were quoted a price that was exactly in line with what we expected to pay, and he provided a quote when other electricians wouldn't even come look and provide a quote without us paying a deposit for work. And our bill was exactly as quoted. Not too expensive.

He doesn't have the title 'Maître' for nothing. Found all my electrical problems in a couple of minutes and showed and explained them to me.
Really help me in a emergency situation. Very professional approach in his work and explanation.
Showed me different options to save money even when I already bought the expensive heaters so now I can bring them back. Left him alone in my house for about two hours and felt completely in trust.
Highly recommended!!
