They arrived as scheduled for a dryer repair and were very conscientious. They made me really glad that I chose to get the unit repaired instead of giving up and replacing it. They cleaned the whole dryer cavity behind the panels (crazy how much stuff gets in there) while it was apart and also noticed our washer hoses were corroded and at risk of rupturing and swapped those out. 25 bucks a hose is probably saving me a nightmare that I didn't know was coming. Thank you so much!!

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the repair person. After fixing the element in the stove he noticed that the fridge doors were not quite even and he fixed that also. First experience with MaLaren. Job well done and will definitely call on their service in the future if needed.

My grandmother got charged for lorger service calls then what the technician was here for. Not happy! 10 minutes in the residence and getting charged for 1.5 hours! Totally unnecessary!

They replaced a dishwasher that the technician couldn't find despite it being right in front of him and wouldn't adjust theirbill accordingly. You are at their mercy for their billing.

Review for the company. Not the technician...

Technician was great when he came to see what was wrong with our dishwasher (10/10).

Company: 2 missed appointments with no call, message or email to say it will be delayed or missed altogether.

When calling to office to see what has happened they don't seem to care that someone has been waiting for the appointment, taking time off work, only to have a no show.

Still haven't received a call or reasoning and still have a broken dishwasher.

My heat pump had water coming out of it and not working. They were very friendly and polite and fixed the problem very quickly.
