I've repeatedly asked for a new recycle bin and the woman I talked to has never replaced yet. I talked to a guy today maybe he will do his job and help me out with a new bin 🤔. How hard us it to give a customer a fricken recycle bin.

I called Loraas in the afternoon yesterday? they showed up at our workplace early this morning to move their bins, to allow our service buses, taxi cabs, etc. access to our front door- We must commend them on their super-fast and courteous service- Thank you so kindly to all of you at Loraas Recycling, you are all top-shelf!

Extremely dissatisfied with their service. They didn't pick up my recycling yesterday because it was too close to vehicles. I live in Varsity View where students jam their cars into any available space. Because of this we didn't get our service yesterday. When I phoned the lady said I should pull it out further onto the street. I wonder how long my cart will last when it blocks traffic? Instead of improving customer service, Loraas have alienated a previously fairly satisfied customer. If she had said and meant that she truly understood my issue and walked her talk by getting my recycling removed, Loraas would still have a satisfied customer.

Loraas reached out to me and corrected this problem. I would like to take back my negative review.

They don't educate - but instead punish people if the bin is not placed perfectly. I had to go deep into the city website to know the proper bin placement rules. Even if a bin is placed not properly for pickup, how hard is it for them to send out someone to grab our contents. Instead they place blame and tell us we are stuck with a full bin until two weeks from now. So we go a month without recycling. Guess what, the extras end up in the garbage. What a poor system and bad customer service.

Not happy at all with the Over sensitive drivers who are unwilling to pick up a Container because the container lid is a quarter open because of a few contents that are poking up , and Loraas is unwilling to send the driver back I wish we had more options for pick up with better drivers who gave better customer service (VERY LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Terrible service. Didn’t pick up bin because it’s to full. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks. There is one large box from a freezer in the bin with small items around it. What terrible customer service.
