I had good experience with enbridge since 2007 but this liberty tries to rip off. If I can lower their review I would. They told me to buy out the whole equipment after I had a fire accident at the apartment building. I told them we still need want service back after building is repaired but they said no that s only option you have. Then they sent me final bill for more what it was adding up. They told me no their is 450 added in there for so and so when I questioned them about the the total. But it was not mentioned in bill anywhere what they were telling me. They ripped me off to cover up their mistake. Please stay away from this company or watch them carefully .

Story below. I recommend everyone switching to propane and away from Liberty. When they were Enbridge, I had great service but through the acquisition it seems the staff has all changed and for the worse.

Story: I received a call from tenants that the water heater wasn't working. I called liberty to learn they locked my natural gas 6 days early. I requested for them to turn it back on today at 3pm. By 5mins after 5pm I received a voicemail from a liberty employee that there were going to be some extra charges and to call the office (closed after 5) so I call the emergency line. They direct me to a tech that only recently started working for liberty and kindly informed me that they had removed my meter all together instead of unlocking my meter to allow hot water into the house again. It's mid November and my tenants are without any hot water. Its Rememberance Day tomorrow so they can't help me until 2 days from now. I've done everything they've asked if me and my tenants are the ones being punished for their mistakes.

I received notice in the mail warning me they would disconnect my service for being 76.00 past due. Than charge me 150.00 for reconnecting fee. On top receive calls non-stop morning into the evening.

This company treats new customers better than existing customers. I'm installing a new gas boiler and switching from oil. I have an old drafty house so i will be using a lot of Natural Gas and putting in a new system which is expensive. Every service company that quoted me said Liberty would give me 2k to switch over and help offset my costs, they are doing it for all their customers. Well as it turns out, not for me, I have an existing natural gas fireplace. So not only do they not have the cost of bringing gas into my house they are refusing to provide any incentive for me to switch over my boiler. I had already started my conversion before i learn they would not honor this incentive for me.

He was amazing and gave me great recommendations.
Hope I get Joel again if anything else happens.

Horrible company. Haven’t sent us our bills. We tried the website but any time we tried to sign in the whole page would shut down. They also didn’t tell us about the end of the year payment we had to do. We called about it and a nice lady apologized and told us she would put our pay on hold so that there would be no extra payments. But next month hit and guess what no bill and now they are saying we owe double the amount. Awful, awful, awful company.

This one time i needed to heat my house so i called up this gas company and they said that if i read all the fine print and tweeted Seth Rogen with the hashtag #enbridgetonowhere they'd give me a discount. They didnt. 3 stars for the meme.
