I was assured the Courtenay Engineer would call me within a day or two. Did not hear back for 12 days with an apology email stating they cannot take on my project at this time.
I feel this hard no could have been said a lot sooner.
I wouldn't waste my time on them again.

I called multiple times and left multiple messages. I was told I would hear back within three business days, however I never received any call/email/message/anything.
The people I spoke with in reception were helpful and apologetic, they were not the issue.

Very disappointed. Our Engineer was rude and aggressive when we had questions about our invoice. I made a complaint to upper management and although we were told they would look into the matter; we did not hear back from him for 21 days. We did however get a new invoice with interest.
Extremely rude company that even threatened we wouldn’t find another firm that would want our rural single family home business.
We hope to spend our money elsewhere.

Lewkowich provided us with geotechnical needs for our home. From the start, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. During the footing inspection, the RDN informed us we required geotechnical approval on an outbuilding on the property as well. Panic started to set in, we planned to pour concrete the following day. Lewkowich came for a site inspection an hour later and saved our pour day. Thanks again to the entire Lewkowich team.
