Great experience! Pleasant and professional driver. Prompt delivery, giving me exact time and arriving then.

Willingly placed the bag of mulch in the front garden and drove the 2 bags of soil to the new garden boxes at the side of the house. So thankful that we have saved all the wheelbarrow work to transport the soil!

Will certainly use Less Mess Enviro Bag again and highly recommend them to others.

Amazing company. The office person helped me delay the delivery whilst I rushed home to move my cars out of the driveway. This was over and above, in my opinion. My gardener also says the blooming blend is excellent. We ordered 3 cubic yards

Worked out great came at a great time. You can track your load on your phone when they send you the link. Driver was great and helpful. Garden soil top quality and am very pleased. Great for our summer vege garden. Fantastic job.

I would not recommend buying this product. It had bits of plastic, metal, and glass. I spoke with the company, and they gave me a bit of money back as a "goodwill" gesture, but now I'm left wondering what other kind of contamination could be in it. They tried to assure me that it was "clean", but when I'm picking pieces of plastic sheet or filament, or plaster, out of what was marketed as a "premium" product, I sure don't consider that clean OR premium.

We would give 4.5 stars if we could do half stars. The only reason for not perfect score is that the delivery wasn't within the original window from our requested date. Otherwise the communication was excellent, the delivery was excellent and our initial review of the product is excellent. Pricing was also comparable.

From the super helpful support team, to the driver who could hit a bullseye in his forklift, I had a great experience with LessMess. I placed an order a couple of years ago but had to cancel - so when they refunded me with no questions asked, I was looking forward to the day that I could order from them again.
