Asegúrate de que todos tus bouteilles en plastique tengan les étiquettes supprimées, avec 5 sacs ou moins et ils les trieront et compteront. Je aime avoir mes déchets recyclés triés et comptés, alors si ils ne sont pas occupés, ils ne se plaindrent pas de l'extra. Je m'accorde généralement de prendre deux boîtes de liqueur en même temps avec les déchets non classés.

J'ai jamais eu de problème à cette entreprise, et lorsque j'en ai eu un, le problème était à moi. Faisons du bon travail, mais serait agréable d'avoir un poubelle pour les sacs bleus usagés.

La qualité de service et le traitement des déchets sont très importants pour nous, et nous nous efforçons de fournir un service de haute qualité à nos clients.

Never have had an issue at this location, don't come in with an attitude, have all your caps off your bottles with 5 bags or less and they will sort and count them just fine. I like to have my recyclables sorted and counted, then if they are not busy, they usually don't mind the extra bags. I usually take in a milk crate or two at the same time with unsorted liquor bottles. I've never had an issue at this location, and when I have had one, the issue was on my end.

I went into this bottle depot yesterday, I had 1 bag of assorted and 3 buckets with glass..
I was made to wait while the lady finished her conversation with a guy in the back.
Not even a hello, or any kind of greeting...
She and a young fellow came to sort and count what I had..
After counting the bag, in which I know there was more than he stated, as o was just trying to clean up my yard..
But that's not what made me decide to never go there again...
It was when he handed me back the wet ripped open bag I had the recyclables in..
He couldn't even put that in the garbage...
A very Rude place to enter!!

Nightmare of a place. Dropped a tv off and was met with the older one who has worked there for years, hollering at me shoving her finger in my face because I put the tv in the wrong spot. No signs telling me where to leave it so I left it with the other tvs. I moved the tv after being hollered at. A simple "can you move the tv ?" Would have sufficed. Unacceptable customer service by this particular woman. She refused to give me the owners number and I told her she was being an a$$ and she said she and the OWNER was/would be glad I felt that way. Threatened to call the cops on me because I told her to stop yelling at me and condemning me like a child... Like really.. anyways I found out who the owner is, no help from her in finding it out but as she said her boss would say he was happy to know how bad my experience was I hope the owner is proud with his one staff member. I will never go back there again. It was only the one staff member, the blonde named Tina is a sweetheart, the older woman shouldn't be employed there however.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude lady and was not going to take our recycling because it wasn't sorted by item, even though all the bags were counted. We were not aware of their particular rules before going there. We even had to take back our recycling bags and the boxes the glass bottles were in. Also, they only take 5 bags. First time we have heard of these types of rules.

Excellent customer service .. the old guy that runs the shop is incredibly helpful and a hard worker despite his advanced age. Recent renovations have been wonderful and the kids love the free candy they get.
