Cette entreprise a une réputation solide. Les gens qui y vont depuis plus d'un décennie disent souvent qu'ils utilisent le service express où ils abandonnent leurs bouteilles et elle les conte pour eux. Ils obtiennent toujours des remboursements crédités rapidement. Il y a beaucoup de parkage et cette place est nettoyée fréquemment. Les gens sont très gentils et très travailleurs.

I dont like this area because of overpopulation taking advantage of refund policy. This spot is also dirty, lacks of parking, lacks of clean water, dirty washroom, dirty sticky trays stacking up and no guidance for new bees. You guy should improve the hygiene here. Richmond store does a better you.

Been going to this place for over a decade. I usually use the express service where you drop off your bottles and they count for you. Always get refunds credited quickly.
Tons of parking and this place gets cleaned frequently.
Very nice and hard working people.

The people who work there are very nice. There is a sink where you can wash your hands with soap when you are done, so that is good. They clean off the top of the sinks where you sort your bottles. I could smell the bleach or cleaning product and saw that it was clean. The carts I don't think are ever wiped down, and I cringe a bit whenever I have to bring it to my car to unload and push it inside. The entrance also has very dirty plastic flaps that I cringe when I have to push apart. That kind of a entrance should not be used during covid. It's a surefire way to spread anything, especially since it doesn't look like it is cleaned very often, or ever. This location also has some kind of an automated service or online service for bottle returns that I've never used. It is spacious inside, and you can also return soft plastics and electronics at this location.

It is funny that someone says it is stinky and dirty. It is a recycle port and alot of people don’t wash their bottle and cans before recycling. To ke, they already tried their best to keep this place clean and easy to access.

I love Lee's Bottle Depot. Honestly the nicest and most friendly staff work at this place. For me going to a recycling depot is a big deal, I need one that's organized, clean, and has good staff. Lee's Bottle Depot checks off all those and more. I'll never hesitate to bring my recyclables here. 5 star rating easily. They also have a area where you can wash your hands and a bathroom, should you need one. One of, if not my most favorite bottle return depots.

Wow! This place is not like others I've been too. It was busy, nevertheless they patiently explained how to sort and even helped (I had a lot!) Super friendly and cheerful on top of it, I was literally gobsmacked!!
And as an extra bonus... A handwashing sink. If you go anywhere else, ur a fool, honesty!!!!!
