I can't say enough about the folks at LPH. Rick did some research for us and figured out our 17 year old furnace is still under warranty. Very efficient crew, and they had the problem fixed quickly. Had My furnace go down, early on a Sunday morning. After watching toutube videos, trying to diagnose myself, figured it was the ignitor ( NOT A FURNACE GUY AT ALL) LOL. Called LPH, and they gave me the option to buy the part from them. Rick, met me at there location, and gave me the part. After replacing, it was the problem after all. I can say, is I am extremely happy with they're service, and saving me the cash, to not have to have an emergancy call out! Will for sure use there service again!

Quality workmanship and friendly service. Was a little bummed about the price though. Rona was going to remove my old heater and install the new one I bought from them for $530. I ended up removing the old water heater and placing the new water heater in position so only 4 connections needed installed. The two water lines on the water heater, the connection to the manifold and the gas line. It came to $425. In other words, for $100 more I would have avoided a dump run and the headaches associated with removing the old heater and putting the new one in position to be hooked up. Seemed expensive in comparison. But, once again, I have no complaints about the workmanship or friendliness.

I replaced a water heater with this company. They came on time. They were polite. They were quick and cleaned up afterward. They offered some maintenance advice and overall did great job. Happy with the price and they worked with my schedule to make it happen. Really happy with everything. I would recommend this company to anyone.
