Such a huge help and blessing to everyone who benefited to this amazing project by the city. Anytime, you can just drive and drop off your garbage that will not fit in your ordinary black bin. Easy access and well organized!

Google says the dump closes a 4:50 and the sign at the front says 5pm. We drove 30min to get there and arrived on the scale at 4:45pm. The lady in the office told me they close at 4:40. So I waisted 1hr and $70 in fuel. If they close at 4:40 this is what Google and the sign should say. Very bad management!

I was helping my sister move when we had to make a trip to the dump. The lady you need to talk to when entering the landfill was very rude and impolite. She asked if we were residents of laduc to which, I responded that my sister was, and she then proceeded to yell about what her address was and kept asking why I didn't say it from the beginning. I told her we hadn't been here before, which was apparently a wrong answer. For the next dump trip I made, I went to Edmonton instead as it was only a little bit out of my way when heading home.

The new scale lady is not equipped to do this job. She has a line up in both directions and takes peoples payments before bothering letting people go through. We were at the stop sign to get in and there was no one behind us. About 20 people came out and then she had us wait for all of them to pay. By that time there was a massive line behind us and we had waited 25 minutes. Now we are waiting to leave and we’ve been waiting for 20 minutes.

The facility is fine if you haven't been to a place like Lethbridge. With a couple traffic pattern changes the wait times, even at it's busiest, could be eliminated. Staff is good.

Went there today 20/6/20 & dump at area 2. behavior of the staff with customers not very pleasant .scale girl was fine. Cat operator & his assistant both very rude.
