New people are amazing, and not just compared to the old crew. Staff is not just polite but helpful. Came out to my car to help me unload. I do not dread going here anymore. Cannot say enough about how pleasant the new people are.

Zero stars if I could. Horrible service, rude staff members and an absolutely ignorant, dispicable owner. Will not ever return to give them my business, EVER. Reported to head office. Will be contacting the BBB as well. Never have I been spoken to so disgustingly in all of my life. For someone who'd like to continue owning his business in our small town, he sure doesn't care about his local customers. Joke of an establishment. Like I said, will NEVER return.

I thought it was just me that felt this business is horrible . The owner is absolutely rude and he intentionally tries to rip you off. WATCH HIM closely. I would prefer if he sold this business and made a new life where he doesn't work with people. I will be driving elsewhere as I will not support a jerk like him. I WILL TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!

Was a perfect experience, clean as a whistle depot, easy to use sticker entry-even got a “thumbs up” approval from the bag handler! Will be using more often‼️ TY

Arrogant customer service 3 times in a row. Seems like they create their own rules in regards of where and how to recycle your bottles. Also show clearly to the customers their inconviniency of you putting your stuff down or using carts to transfer bags. This is a bottle depot service not a hospital where strict regulations must be in place. Do not want to go there again.

The management response is just out of view and comon sense. Treatment of customers that happens there is completely irrelevant to any disater outside and stating that some things are nto working. Hasnothing to do wuth that. The anager is not aware of internal issues of their staff and behaviour towards customers. Best of luck!!!

Refused service at 5:10 when sign clearly stated open until 5:30. Wasted my time driving out there because the staff didn't feel like staying open until their posted hours. Horrible.,doesnt surprise me to read the other reviews about a rude owner.

I dragged my daughter and 2 month old baby to the ladner bottle depo to drop off a couple empty paint cans. We got there by 5:27, the doors were locked. I saw a man working, so i knocked. Figuring all i had to do was drop them off i thought he would allow me to do so, but all he did was yell "we're closed". So i brought the cans back to the car which was parked right out front. He then opened the door to the bottle depo, and instead of offering to take the paint cans he was just making sure i didnt leave them outside the door. Normally that wouldnt botherme. I would just go back the next day but it did because i went out of my way to make it there ontime with 2 kids and a busy day. He was so rude to me, where has that small town love gone.
