I have been using many of Lisa Marie’s herbal blends for several years and they have had such a positive impact on my overall health! Hot or cold they work so well and they have become a go to gift for loved ones.

I have also had the opportunity to take a few yoga classes at the clinic and they were amazing. The techniques we used in the class were truly unique and really helped to reset for the week. The studio is beautiful and was an awesome way to recharge on a weekend. I cannot wait to go back!

Always a lovely experience shopping at L’ab! I am obsessed with their cold & flu infusion. It gets my family through the winter. Lisa Marie was an amazing guide & resource as I prepared for my second birth. L’AB is the cutest little gem in Meaford. They have everything you could want or need here for holistic health and wellness! They offer multiple different classes like yoga and meditation, and multiple services like massage, acupuncture and naturopathic medicine, among so many others. I see Tara for bodywork massage and she is amazing! Lisa Marie, the owner of L’AB, is a herbalist and holistic practitioner. She makes her own teas and supplements/tinctures based on specific patient needs. I also use the PEMF mat which is amazing. An extremely relaxing and grounding practice to really calm the nervous system. I also need to note that Kayla is so kind and helpful at the storefront. Everyone is very welcoming and it really feels like they care about their customers and patients. Honestly L’AB has so much to offer! Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful wellness resource, right here in downtown Meaford! Everything from massage therapy to nutrition consultations, Pilates classes and so much more, including Lisa's own line of botanicals. Always such knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere, upstairs and down! ❤️

What a beautiful space L’ab studio is ❤️ Meaford is so very lucky to have such a welcoming safe space for all things healing. I have enjoyed many classes and services. The meditation sound bowl class was unreal such an incredible experience I can’t wait to go to another session. Lisa has provided me with numerous herbal blends. From everything from supporting my sleep and calming joyful blends to help with moods and anxiety. Every time I require support Lisa is always so helpful and supportive with natural resources it’s a gift to have her and her studio in Meaford.

Some of my favourite people in Meaford! Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Store has a gorgeous, natural and relaxing ora. Yoga studio and massage area are beautiful and tastefully decorated. 10 stars if I could!

Meaford is really popping off with places like L'AB pioneering the health and wellness scene. Been loving the yoga classes and they have high quality products that are really hard to come by like custom herb blends made by the owner, all Canadian goods from beauty lines to wellness items, local coffee and honey... Love love love!!!
