Je suis ravi du service client de Hearst Connect. J'ai eu un problème technique et j'ai été résolu le même jour. Je recommande à tous.

Malheureusement, j'ai eu une expérience très mauvaise avec Hearst Connect. Le service client n'est pas 24h/24 et les employés sont parfois brusques. Cela n'est pas très impressionnant.

So far I have had horrible customer service, not 24 hour service like Bell offers… rudeness from employees and honestly its nothing different from any other ‘corporation’ or company just trying to rip people off for ‘better service’

Office staff and technicians are very friendly and helpful. The service is great and they provide the fastest internet service in town for a great price. Free installation.

Cant get their service in my part of the town... been waiting two years. When i ask when they will be at my place they simply ignore my messages. If they ever get here i will change my review accordingly.
