Update September 28/25

We recently had Gemstone lights installed by Kraun Electric Inc. Nathan Jarvis handled both the estimate and the installation, and Kaleigh Andrews was also there for the installation. Everything went smoothly, and when there was a small manufacturing mix-up with the colour of one track, Nathan followed up quickly and returned the following week to complete the installation. Both Nathan and Kaleigh were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We’re very happy with the service, the team, and our new Gemstone outdoor lighting!

The George and Jeremy came to our home today to complete more electrical upgrades. They did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed neatly and with great attention to detail. We really appreciated how respectful they were of our home and how smoothly the whole process went. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Kraun to others. Thank you George, Jeremy and Kraun!

George and Jordan did an amazing job for us today! It was a tricky electrical panel upgrade from fuse box to breaker panel and they handled it professionally. They overcame the many obstacles involved with the job, especially since we have an older home with various quirks. They also cleaned up after themselves quite thoroughly. Both George and Jordan were patient with my thousand questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to communicate with us so we knew everything at every step. We called Kraun for assistance with a couple of electrical issues we were experiencing. It wasn’t a rush job so having to wait a week wasn’t a problem.
