They just upgraded my older than I am furnace and April made it beyond easy giving me steps to take to helping me get everything they need to replace it done as quickly and efficiently as possible! Super friendly service from her. Can’t thank her and her coworkers enough for replacing my furnace and all the work along with it as quickly as they did all in one day before the extreme cold hit. April helping me get things moving so quickly and easily to help me out made it so easy especially juggling like with a 5 month old. Can’t rave enough about their work and clean up job! Thanks again for the quick and efficient job!

I recently had a heating inspection and maintenance service, and I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the technician who assisted me. April is a fantastic employee of Kooler Group! She came to my house to do the Tapps program, and she answered a lot of my questions about my furnace.
