Absolutely one of the best companies I have used. They are senior friendly, the demolition of my garage and total clean up was under 4 hours. I can not say enough about them and will certainly tell others about them. I will also use them to clean up my home and yard. Thank you so much for a job well done. Beware you have to have the licence to tear down, this company doesn’t have them and the city demands you have it. Which I didn’t I thought this company had them

I was the Project Manager for a “Master Renovator” status renovations company for over ten years, and the Construction Manager for a large design build firm after. I’ve dealt with, hired, and managed hundreds of subcontractors so I am a good judge of a company. I hired Kloo’s to do the demolition of my old finished basement and was pleased all around. The owner was quick to return my call and come for an estimate. The price was exactly what it should have been, not expensive not cheap, but accurate and fair. When I was ready for the work to be done and phoned to book he got me in the following week. His crew was all friendly and hard working. They were all people we felt comfortable having in our home which can be a challenge when hiring demolition crews. The guys got everything done on time and when I did my final walk through with them after I found nothing that needed addressing. Good work all around, solid company, will hire in the future.

After searching out several companies willing to come to our place and give us a quote to demolish our garage Kloos Hauling was the only one to reply. Otto called back within the hour and was polite, courteous and most importantly willing to hear my plea. He made himself available and was flexible to my schedule. Although I was working late that evening he showed up right on time and we got right to work. Otto demonstrated a professional approach and I was immediately confident that he would get the job done quickly. We decided to hire Kloos Hauling and a few weeks later the crew showed up. I only worked 4 hours that day and by the time I got home the garage was gone. Everything was clean and you'd never know they were there. So Otto did exactly what he said he would, on time and at a good price. We have one more job and I'll only have to make one phone call - to Kloos Hauling. Great job!!!!

We had to have the old stucco removed from our house before new stonework and siding could be put on. Otto's team came, got the job done, and cleaned the whole site. We were very pleased with their services. Would highly recommend!

I have never used there services, however, a couple of weeks ago me and the wife with our son was driving by Whyte ridge, and one of there trucks came with in one once of smashing into the driverside back door where my some was sitting, naturally I got mad, I spend up just enough to see the driver, traffic was very busy, not like I was driving fast to catch up, but when I got beside him, he smiles and gave me the finger and jus pointed at my son and laughed, I was so mad I cud not comprehend what this guy jus did, immediately my wife got her phone out to record, as soon as she did that he stopped giving us the finger, then he went extremely fast went I between two cars, almost caused another accident, and took the first turn he could to get away, he had dark skin with a bit of an aphro, this person should not be driving, especially with a big company truck!! I wud never use them I s simply based on the character of people they have working for them, no thank you!!!
