Over a span of 30 years I have enlisted the services of several physiotherapists across this province. It seems like they have all used very similar techniques which resulted in mediocre relief. They all seemed the same ...until now.
I recently injured my neck and was in extreme pain and decided to go see Edward at Kinect Therapy. In past experiences I was expecting to have to live with severe discomfort as I endured weeks of painful treatment, I was never more wrong this time.
Edward immediately assessed the real issues, and with his unconventional "hands on" treatment and exercise regiment, I must honestly say that not only has the issue been resolved, faster than I anticipated, but I am actually feeling better than I did for years and have range of motion that I haven't had in a long time.
Words can not express how great this retired person feels and I certainly would recommend Edward and his team to anyone that that really wants to enjoy life to the fullest, no matter what your age and lifestyle.

Wow, I am really impressed with Eddy’s skill, care and expertise. I had hurt my knee playing basketball in the spring and fully felt that activity was likely going to be done for good for me and surgery would be the only fix as I was unable to play sports at all or get exercise for the entire summer. Went to see Eddy first in September, and a couple months later, I am back playing basketball each week, knee doesn’t ache all the time anymore, and although I questioned some of the things or strategies he suggested would help at first, every one of those items proved to make a real difference! Eddy isn’t a physio who gives you exercises to do, sends you home to do them and then you just come back same as before. He literally works on your body’s muscles and joints. Thanks for your great help, all the best wishes for your continued success!! I will be back anytime when I need to see you - for sure!!

I just finished my third session with Eddie and I could not recommend him more! Not only is he well educated but he is excited about the work that he does and it show in how passionate he is at explaining the fundamentals of movement. The mindset shift that I was able to get from Eddie who not only helped me manage the pain from physical injuries but also helped me shift my thinking in how I adjust my everyday movements to help keep my muscle tone balanced and strong on both sides of my body. Could not recommend him more !

Edward was a pleasure to work with! Very professional, kind, and took time to educate me on future injury prevention. After two visits, my pain was completely gone. Would definitely recommend!
