I'm both disappointed and frustrated at scheduling pickups and have them cancel on the scheduled date. Happens to me all the time. Pickup scheduled for last week cancelled, rescheduled for today and cancelled again last minute. Rescheduled again for next week! There is no respect and a lack of appreciation for the time and work we do to parcel/bag up clothing, etc. for donation just to have them cancel. Then everything has to be lugged into the house again. I plan to cancel the rescheduled pickup date. NEVER AGAIN will I put myself through this!

Your representative Grace needs to stop. She’s phoned me every day since April started, the first time I agreed and no one came to collect anything, then she kept on calling and I told her no. I’ve blocked every number and she always calls with a new number .
I like supporting charities but Grace’s harassment made dislike your cause.

I certainly understand that donations aren’t accepted during this time. But it would be extremely beneficial to update your website to reflect that. You are still showing open, with no comments informing that donations aren’t accepted
