First time going there today at the Windsor location the two ladies at the counter where great they took the year of my van and told me they have 7 vehicles that would be compatible with my van they printed me off all 7 and explained where to find those vans so I loaded my tools into a wagon and went and found lots to choose from. Great experience and great people at the front desk very organized.

Came for a steering wheel, paid 5 bucks to find out there was no steering wheel on the car. Good thing i found something else i might need in the future. Its a hit or miss.

TLDR: the perfect spot to get parts at a great price.

To start off, I traveled from NY to get parts for my car and I did some planning for it. Having Kenny's U-Pull it have a list of the vehicles with the VIN's was great. Also having a VIN decoder to find the trans code I was looking for helped.

When I got to Windsor, and I walked in their location was very clean and the employees where very helpful. Just check in, show that I didn't have any cutting tools, and I was out in the yard. Each row was well labeled and there was info on every car.

It had the Km's on the car, when it got to the yard, and the year, make, model. With all the parts I purchased it was around 260 CAD. What would have cost me over 400 USD off a dealership and eBay shelves.

I will be going back again to the Hamilton location next to grab some more parts. Thanks for what you all do. If you get the chance meet the general manager for Windsor, He is a great man with good stories and a friendly personality.
