I called him the first time and he told me to send pictures of the problem. I called him for a second time after reviewing the pictures to determine the price, and for some reason, he lied that he didn't see the picture and hang up on me. Later, through messages, he said that he would not take the job! Followed it, saying that he is fully booked next week. If you are saying the truth, this time, why couldn't you say that in the first place rather than laying and wasting time of others!? Why would you take pictures and keep talking with a potential client if you're not gonna work anyway! Weird people!

I called Yoti this Monday to replace my water heater just after I placed an order from Homedepot who now doesn’t provide installation service. Yoti effectively reserved a slot on this Thursday afternoon for me. Then he and his guy arrived on time and only took one hour to finish all the job including collecting the old tank. The price is reasonable. He is reliable, capable and humble. I strongly recommend his services.
