Very helpful out back. They close at 4pm so showing up at 3:45 pm is unacceptable if you have a load to drop off. They don't operate around individuals.

My son and I took a big load of scrap metal here. The process of entering the scrapyard was easy enough, albeit a bit intimidating with the large machinery driving around the yard. Friendly staff will assist you and direct you to the right place to dump off your scrap.
If you are bringing scrap metal, your car gets weighed on entry and then upon exit, and you pay in the main building. You can get the best deal if you separate scrap metal into ferrous and non ferrous metals (If a magnet sticks to it, then it's ferrous). It turns out that they take all kinds of things, such as computer monitors, keyboards, cases and other parts.

First time there I tried asking for help and directions the lady told me “I don’t care”.

Pretty bad experience. First time going in, had a small dispute with their weight breakdown of what I brought in. Politely went back in to clarify a few things and the woman behind the desk was extremely rude to me while I was politely talking to her. Then interrupts me to call up one of the gentlemen from the back and proceeds to tell him to deal with this guy, gesturing at me. I was nothing but polite to this woman and she spoke to me like I was dirt.
Spoke to the dude from the back for about 40 seconds politely between us and we came to an agreement. Hats off to him because he was respectful. The woman up front definitely needs to work on her customer service, or her temper. Probably never going back her again because of her.

The office staff are unreasonable. I arrived before 4 PM. I even called the office before coming and they did not mention anything about being there before 3:45. They mentioned as long as I’m there before 4 I could get rid of my scrap metal. Would not recommend.
