Super chill and professional service, really happy with the booking process, confirmation and removal.

Booking you can do by calling or booking on the website, they make it easy to guess your cost as well for budgeting.

We were also called to confirm, and called an hour before appointment to ensure we were ready.

When the removal happened they were Covid safe, took precautions and made sure we felt safe.

The team was super rad and made it easy.

If I ever need junk removed again I know who to call!

Booked for a last-minute clear out of a full 1br apartment - fairly prompt, most importantly incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful. They offered further services to help on top of what was booked and were incredibly transparent about initial and added costs so I never felt taken for a ride. Very reasonable prices. Their service is exactly as described on their site. Booked online and received confirmation email within minutes. Got call 30 minutes before they showed up. They were polite, efficient and kept things simple, just got the job done quickly. It cost a little less than what I had estimated on the handy calculator on their site.

I ordered online and told them that the junk that was needed to be removed was renovation debris such as old laminate flooring and baseboards. They arrived on time but only brought two dollies with them. It would have taken at least 30 trips down 17 floors to remove everything. I told them to come back the next day with proper tools to do the job. The next day they brought a bin with them but it was too large for the elevator. Back to the shop in Coquitlam for a smaller bin. Even with all of the inconvenience to me, they still charged full price of over $600. The guys were polite and all, but this company has to provide them with the tools to do the job efficiently.

I do not recommend them. I booked and called the day of removal. No one had called me to confirm the date I had booked. I was told everything was good and they would be at my place as booked. Instead a guy showed up at 415pm !looking at his phone said we messed up. Im here to give you a quote( alteady had that done 4 days prior) !!!! He said every worker had gone home. Its 4:15 pm in the afternoon!!!!!!! Had to rebook for next day. I chose to cancel and book with someone else. Found the service poor. Did not show much concern for their complete and utter failure and pur me in such a difficult situation
