I just called them and in less than 24 hours they came and picked up all my junk! They were very professional and convenient. They gave a courtesy call 25 mins prior to arriving. Today was our first time using Just Junk and it was a great experience. They arrived on time and were very cautious of not damaging anything while removing large, heavy pieces of furniture. I was very pleased with everything about the service from Just Junk and I even received a 10% driveway discount! The removal team was friendly and went over all of the details of the process with me. They worked quickly and even cleaned the garage floor. Those are the little details that are so important. I will definitely use the service again.

I found the two men who arrived informed me of the policies of the company and explained how covid-19 entered into the pick-up. They were extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. I felt for them as it was such a hot day I gave them a bottle of water and they were so thankful. I will definitely use your services in the future. A happy customer!

Absolutely incredible. Booked online and they arrived the next day. It was spot on to what I was quoted online. The two men were very kind and professional. Even with a massive snowstorm that had hit they arrived early and it took them 10 minutes to clear everything.
