i was told upon signing up with Just Energy that i would receive an $89 rebate.. this was in July of 2015..
on Feb 11th of 2016 i get an email from Just Energy saying i would be receiving a rebate of $89.90 and i would see it on my next hydro bill..
that never happened...
instead, on Feb 26th i got my hydro disconnected..
because there was 29 days in February this year, my monthly cheque wasn't to be deposited until Monday the 29th instead of Fri the 26th..
needless to say, with small children in my home, hydro is a much needed necessity..
when i emailed Just Energy the first week of March, asking where my rebate was as $89 would really help with the $50 ReConnection fee...
i received an email saying they had received my email and would contact me within 2 business days...
that was in March..
we're now into May and i have yet to see any sort of rebate whatsoever..
I'm being charged $41 for ''energy delivery''
so they obviously have my hydro acct number to charge me $41 a month, yet they don't have my hyrdo acct number to credit me my rebate...
hmmm
totally not pleased..
yet countless emails and calls have gone unanswered 🙁
