Fantastic service - I was really pleased with Junkology. They say on their website they have simple pricing and excellent customer service. Completely true!

Pick up was easy to arrange by email (thanks, Tim!), they came when they said they would, and removal of my dead sofa-bed was careful and quick. They explained what would be recycled. And the price was much better than the other companies I checked around town.

Tim was accommodating to my specific scheduling needs. My junk was not easily accessed due to the suite's location but the guys removed it efficiently and with humour. The cost was very reasonable.

I had 2 beds I needed out of our apartment pronto to make more space. When I called I spoke with the owner/manager, we had to sort out the schedule that would work for both parties as they were booked! It was a long weekend but they made it happen and were in and out not even 10 minutes. Best price I've looked into and friendly service. Highly recommend!

It is always a challenge to look for a junk removal company that would offer a simple and honest rate. I have called around many companies including those with high ratings on Google and Yelp. I came across Junkology and decided to give them a try. Their rate is the simplest as posted online and as confirmed through SMS. The team came on time and we did not need to renegotiate the price - just as said and posted. They were fast and efficient. They did not complain with the heavy furniture and TV set. We were very thankful for their willingness to lift the super heavy recliner sofas and TV set. It's incredible how much they can lift and dump into their truck! The team did everything with a happy and humorous attitude. And in this hot weather...we are very grateful! Thank you Tim and Kelly from Junkology. We will refer our friends and family. Tim arranged a mattress and box spring removal for us in slightly under an hour from the time we called. He was on time and courteous, in and out in 5 minutes. No fuss. Did I mention his service cost less than half what we were quoted elsewhere?! Super! Would not hesitate to use again!

I booked for removal of my heavy old box TV, a VHS player, and a DVD player, and was given a 2 hour window for pick up - very reasonable. I was called about 45 minutes prior and asked if they could come early which worked out even better. Weston and John were polite and very efficient: brought the dolly up with them and had everything loaded and out in about 2 minutes. The charge was also by far the most reasonable I found when looking for removal/recycling options (some companies have a $100 minimum!). My charge was $39 for the TV + $10 for the players (+ GST). Highly recommended service.
