Not a bit satisfied with this company. I tried to book them last fall for removal of trimmed branches and garden refuse with no luck. This summer (2025) I reached out again, but still nothing. I did leave a voicemail this year and I got a callback, and was told that they would drive by and take a look and they would call me with a quote, but nothing. I messaged him by text and we arranged to meet at my daughter’s place at 1:00 pm. No one came. I messaged him and said I could only wait until 2:00pm. No response at all. I’m done.
Update: I have received an apology today from the person I was attempting to hire. I accepted the apology, but have found someone else. I have increased my rating to 2 stars because he did reach out.

Great service from start to finish.

Originally planned to have Junk Guys haul away an old beast of a bbq, but ended up renting one of their bins for about a week and did a full cleanup around the yard, garage, and storage rooms.

The bins have doors on one side, so loading in heavy/awkward items is a breeze. And having the bin for several days allowed me to chip away at the cleanup project at my own pace and schedule.

Very prompt and courteous communication is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

💥We rented a large industrial sized garbage bin from the The Junk Guys... The service was perfect and the price was more than fair... I would recommend The Junk Guys for you next large garbage removal... 👍
