Been going here for 4 years, all items are bagged, labeled and numbered. Just the way we have been told to do it. Even asked last time if how we do it is correct to which they said yes its perfect. Today they were extremely rude. Kept yelling at me to sort things (everything was already sorted) then yelled at me for taking too much space to re sort and then short changed me. Extremely rude people. Won't be going back

I highly recommend getting Return-it Express. The entire thing is free. It allows you to put all your unsorted cans, etc, in a clear plastic bag, slap a sticker on them, and just walk in, throw the bag in a container and walk out. They sort them for you and you can interac yourself the money after it's processed. Typically in less than 24 hours.

The staff here can be gruff, but they've always been super-helpful with my disabled self.

This place is absolutely horrible. Always trying to scam customers. Do yourself a favor and take your bottles else where.

Unacceptably rude. The staff literally yells and screams at customers. I'm amazed they're still in business. Best avoided.

Have always had great experiences here, however when it's busy, parking is a nightmare. Staff were the ones who let me know they do pickups for bottle drives-that info was priceless! Their sorting area is evolving and is now easier to use. I've usually had friendly reactions with all the staff and owners here.

Honestly, this is one of the cleanest recycling depots I have ever been to. You can tell they take great pride in having a clean and tidy space for you to come to. I find all the staff to be kind and courteous. Bravo!

Accidentally used the bags from the Duncan store to do express. Never been yelled at by a business owner before. 5 minutes of yelling about my bags being too big. I mean he was losing it. After throwing one of the bags at me he still agreed to take them just this once. I asked to buy bags from him so that I had the right ones next time. Still yelling at me he said " yes I have bag but too expensive, you go buy somewhere else". Weirdest disturbing experience ever. That guy is nuts.

Great place. Staff is really nice, except for the old grey haired guy. He’s one of the grumpiest guys I’ve ever met. But the rest are great! I avoid him in the lot if I can.
Sorting is outside so expect it being busy on nice days. Or sort at home and drop off which is way easier.
