Recently, yesterday, JRB installed an 18 kWh automatic Generac electrical back up system, with a Generac automatic transfer switching system.

They also installed natural gas piping from a new Enbridge gas meter.

In my particular case, natural gas was chosen to operate the unit.

The initial quotation was rapid. After acceptance of the quotation and until the actual installation day, turned out to be ahead of schedule.

All my questions, were answered by all the staff that I dealt with using speed and accuracy.

The office staff I dealt with were and continue to be extremely helpful.

The JRB crew arrived on schedule and lead electrician Ethen took time to explain what they were doing and the time to explain the entire operation of what I needed to know.

Even the electrician in training, keyshore, you could tell was dedicated to his job.

Also happy with the gas plumber. I call him, Jeff. Did a fine job. Obviously has a lot of experience.

From what I could observe, very high-quality material installed and it was quite obvious electricians and plumber did what was required to make things look decent.

All appeared wired professionally. You could tell they wanted to get job done and do it properly.

It is such a pleasure to work with people who appear to care about their work. Also friendly and courteous.

After the demonstration of the performance of this equipment I am more than happy.

I had JRB do regular service on my Generac generator. I let them know there was a fault coming up on the panel and to check it out while they were here. They only spent a total of 20 minutes doing the service and looking into the issue. The tech said he cleaned out spiders in a tube and that the unit was old and we were likely to have issues. Needless to say the techs work did not resolve our issue. I had a different company come and the spent the time and found multiple issues. Once they rectified the issues my old Generac runs like a top. Would not recommend JRB for service.
