Jonathan and his team are our guardian angels. We were in a bind and needed someone to fix a partially (and poorly) done tile installation in both bathrooms for a major renovation of our home. Jonathan met us the day after we first reached out, came to see the situation, and immediately put a plan into action. They not only fixed problems we weren’t even aware existed (insufficient water proofing), but they also did a total re-do on our showers (walls, shower pan, shower curb). They also installed our kitchen backsplash. The finished products are truly beautiful. We had been so excited about the custom tiles we had purchased, and Jonathan saved us from what could have been a total nightmare - financially and emotionally. They are such professionals - cool, calm, collected….and kind. (We were also lucky enough to meet Jonathan’s dad, Joseph, who was just as delightful). We can’t wait to work with them on another project.
