This company came highly recommended from Top Quality Inspections. They definitely did not disappoint. Tyler Lalonde (Project Manager) and Kristy (Crew Chief), as well the rest of the crew, were fantastic. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to remediation work. They were thorough, professional, and much more cost effective both with their recommendations and actual work than the other companies I spoke with. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could put 0 stars I would, otherwise I’m forced to rate them above their actual performance. From the beginning it seemed a bit off kilter, as they were referenced from another furnace cleaning company, but I went ahead with it and I regret it. Don’t be me and avoid this company!

Background information for those unaware:
- Asbestos cleaning requires some government approval, takes 3 days (72 hours) to complete. *Just for approval to clean*.
- Air quality monitoring is mandatory (which is for safety of all. This is good but costly at $500 per approval).

In March 2024 I called to get asbestos furnace tape removed from my basement. Over the phone the company representative asked how many pieces there was, I told them how many I could see but since they’re the experts they need to come and see for themselves. (wait the 72 hours for approval, then the appointment time arrives a few days after approval). They did a very quick precursory glance [I was not home, this was told to me by the person watching my place] just before starting work and then said it was the same number I found. The company did the work, all seemed good until the furnace cleaning company came back and said there is asbestos tape still there. I asked to see where, they showed me and there was a lot of asbestos tape missed (20+ pieces). Called this company back stating they missed a bunch of areas, they claimed they cleaned what was asked; which was technically true but they didn’t specifically look for any more pieces even after the homeowner’s advice to do so. Stated since its so many pieces to remove they’ll have to charge me again.

They come back (after waiting for the approval process again) and broke multiple items removing the asbestos pieces they missed the first time. All of which they weren’t going to discount me for until I complained about the replacement costs exceeding $100+ for the broken items. Keep in mind this is happening all-the-while charging me full price ($1,000+) for the pieces they missed the first time; which should've been $0 since it was their mistake. After weeks I finally end up dealing with that and take a little break.

Before leaving for a camping trip I want my furnace cleaned, as I should be able to now seeing as this company told me twice that the problem is solved. Called the furnace company to come and clean my ducts, they do a preliminary check and tell me, once again, that there is still asbestos tape. STILL! So this company came the first time in the end of March, screwed it up, came back in the end of April, still screwed it up, and needs to come back in July to likely screw it up again.

I know of a round file you guys belong in. GARBAGE! Straight garbage.

Again, in case this isn’t already clear enough, DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Go with anyone else, literally.

Nice reply trying to do damage control, but that doesn't refund me the few thousand I spent on getting it cleaned up multiple times due to the complete failure of your company.

We hired JK Environmental to complete an asbestos abatement in our home. Jason, the project manager, communicated very well and all of the staff in our home were polite and hard working. I would definitely recommend JK to anyone looking for an asbestos abatement in their home or business.

I cannot rave about these guys more.  I normally don't leave any reviews for privacy reasons, but they have impressed me so much with their communication, workmanship and timeliness of their work.  I owed it to them on this review.

Had a small leak at the garage roof vent leading a mold up spot on the garage ceiling.  Worked with their project manager Ron to come have a look and provide a quote.  Ron followed through exactly as he promised every step of the way from quotation to scheduling resources all the way to finished product.  I would not hesitate to recommended them to anyone.

I normally don't leave reviews but these guys are AMAZING from start to finish. Their price was half of what some other places were asking. They really treat you like family after losing everything in a fire, unlike other companies trying to nickel and dime you. Justin was TOP NOTCH to deal with and made the experience painless. Very friendly and professional. Christy, our team lead on the item removal was also terrific. A+ all the way for these people. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever, at collecting your samples, at communicating with you, I wont even give them a 1 star, it is just because I’m not able to share my thoughts about this company otherwise. all their staff are practicing really unfair business practices. Be careful when hiring them.

From Ron coming to meet me at location to Shaun and his partner who came and just
did an excellent job. It was not PRETTY and they were so professional in their approach to the Scope of work.
