I started consigning with Isla Consignment in June, and it’s been the best experience I’ve had so far! While I’ve consigned at other places before, Isla truly stands out. I love the easy booking system and how efficiently Grace reviews items—she’s quick, professional, and very kind.

One feature I appreciate is the ability to check my account online. Being able to see what’s sold and what’s still listed gives such a sense of transparency, and having the option to use earnings as store credit or request a payout is fantastic!

I also love the layout of the shop and the beautiful selection of items—Grace has such a strong curative eye, and it really shows in every detail of the space.

The whole process here is smooth, straightforward, and incredibly well-run. Highly recommend!

Isla Consignment is such a gem of a local store. They've got a great curated selection of clothing and the consignment process is straightforward and easy. Grace was very communicative and responsive. The 50/50 split for slow fashion items is a great perk and all my stuff sold really well. Would highly recommend for people looking to consign.

I own a small consignment pop up boutique and heard about Isla Consignment from a client who was moving back to Courtenay from the Sunshine Coast. I started following Isla and loved what Grace was offering her community. I purchased several beautiful pieces on her instagram stories. She answered all my questions about sizing, and was so kind to hold the items until I came to visit my family a couple of weeks ago. I was excited to see the shop, pick up my purchases, and meet Grace in person! Of course I found a couple other beautiful pieces to buy. I absolutely love what she has done. It is an intimate, warm and welcoming boutique. I can’t wait to return. Though, I know I will probably make purchases on Isla’s stories in the meantime.
