Very clean and well maintained facility. The staff is friendly with quick turnaround time. They have tables inside the facility to sort your recyclables. It also provides express service where you can drop off your recyclables in 90L clear bags. The parking area can accommodate 5 cars.The also accept small electronics, bulbs, batteries and others.

I love going to this business, the place is clean the staff is always friendly in their greetings. Just feel very comfortable here and glad to see them doing so well. Keep up the amazing works guys.

I agree with many other's positive comments: clean, friendly, well organized. My only issue is that you only receive 8 cents and not 10 cents per beer can. That is a loss to the customer of 20%.
So I asked why other Return-It facilities give 10 cents per beer can and it was explained that this outlet was still waiting for licence approval. I do not know if this is actually the case, but this is what was explained to me.

I had the worst experience here. I reached to the business at 4:45 pm 15 minutes prior to closing and they denied to take my empties. When I said there is still time he was extremely rude and said make sure you get out before 5. I would never return back here

I find the inside very roomy and I am in and out within a minute using their counting service. It's become busier since the Blundell site was closed due to the fire. Parking is at a premium.

Located behind Ironwood Plaza, convenient location to bring deposit recyclables (bottles/cans) and disposing certain electronic items. Note not all electronic items accepted, check accepted items guide on city hall website. Limited parking space, sometimes easier to park near Ironwood library since it's short walking distance.

We went there recently on Sunday June 23, 2019. the tables, floor where sticky & dirty as it was not cleaned properly. What happened to this location it used to be fantastic and clean, but it became so disguising to use the facility?

Why did the standards drop so badly, truly it needs to be cleaned up again as before.

The staff where so rude, not kind even when I told the man the amount of bottles I had, he counted them again & again he got it wrong 4 times. He also gave me the wrong money due for the amount bottles less then 2 dollars. (so watch out for this happening).
