Once more, we’ve had Ionic in to do some electrical upgrades. We had some counter lighting changed to be more efficient, changed a manual bathroom exhaust fan switch to an automatic one, had a ceiling fan remounted after our grandson thought it would be a good idea to swing from it and added an electrical plug to a kitchen counter. They were punctual, cleaned up and didn’t waste any time.

They are our go to electrical contractor and could not be more satisfied

If I could give them additional stars, I would. We hired Ionic Electrical to look over our dryer as the fuses kept blowing despite us just buying a new dryer. They informed us that there was an issue with our fuse box which would need repairing. This wasn’t a surprise to us since the box is very old and wasn’t up to date. We booked them to come the following week. The gentleman that was here was extremely polite, professional, clean, ponctuel, had good communication on what the steps were going to be then kept me updated as he went. When my 4 year old asked him a question regarding the electricity being off, he was happy to answer him and letting him know that he would have it fixed very soon. The new box looks PHENOMENAL! The price was a lot better than we had imagined it would be which was a huge bonus. We will always recommend them to anyone that needs any electrical work done, it was a big job well done!

The team at Ionic was a godsend; they were referred by someone we trusted when we knew nobody in the area, and they were very up-front with a quote and costs.

They coordinated with Hydro, did a full panel upgrade, and added ceiling lights in multiple rooms with minimal holes for running wire, doing it affordably, on-time, and not leaving the mess we're used to from other electricians.

We'd gladly use Ionic again and recommend them to others.

We had Ionic in to do the wiring in our basement renovation and they were excellent! They came out quickly for the quote and the price was extremely fair for the amount of work needed. On the day of the work, Chad only took a few hours to do everything and it was all amazing. A couple of days later we were emailed to say the supervisor had QA’d the pictures of the work and wanted to adjust the smoke detector added which was no problem at all and great to know the team check each others work and make sure it is to a high standard. If you need an electrician, I can’t recommend Ionic enough!
