Nice guy, showed up super fast which was unexpected and great. Estimate kept going up (how about that pallet? Now it's an extra $30 ... And then he left the pallet behind. Overall the quote jumped from $170-$220 and he forgot like three things that he kept raising the price for) so I think I got ripped off a bit, but the garbage is gone and I'm happy about that. Considering every other company ghosted me, I'll call it a win, but maybe not by a super huge margin.

Exceptional service, honest, friendly, respectful and good to his word. These are just some of the few of the adjectives that come to mind when I think about Joel and his company.
I had never met Joel in my life and was tasked with emptying a family home in a 2 to 3 day period
Some of the items we wanted to go to charity and some items we knew would have to be disposed of. Joel gave us an estimate, turned his schedule inside out for us to be accommodating.
He even had a family member come in to help his crew to pack to allow us to meet our timelines.
Our driveway wouldn’t accommodate his usual truck and trailer so he went out and rented a cube van and never charged more his original quote.
Joel shared with us his joy regarding giving back to the community and very wholeheartedly supported our desire for things to be donated which was great.
As you can imagine when you lose a family member and are tasked with getting ready a family house to be sold it is a very stressful and time sensitive endeavour. We couldn’t have picked a better person to partner with.
Joel was good to his word with his estimate, there were no surprises and we couldn’t of been more pleased!!

On the day, he and his team were on time, and in no time had the suite looking nearly as good as the move in day. Throughout the process he was respectful, honest, and kind. Joel and his crew were super efficient, friendly, on time and thorough. All things you might expect but don’t always happen. They helped us remove a hot tub, which is heavy work. They communicated well between themselves with a big load and an awkward removal. Definitely would recommend and will call next time, for sure.
