As always, it was great working with Mike and the guys. I had a few ghosts running thru my TVs, internet and sounds systems. Mike stopped by and did a quick assessment of what needed to be done to get things back in order. The guys showed up and got us back up and running before we had lots of visitors for the Labor Day weekend. Really appreciate all these guys do!!

Mike Hagan and his team know about TV/AV. They installed 4 mounted TVs, connected our external patio speakers and gave us a short verbal tutorial on how to use our new speaker system software with a new app. Despite this being a relatively easy install, as we did not have security cameras, a media room, nor sound surround, etc., the same quality communication should be given to all customers, regardless of the size and scope of the job. The installers are very knowledgeable and super nice guys, but I was a bit disappointed with them as they missed a few studs leaving extra holes behind the mounted TVs, left drywall dust on the floors and left without cleaning up or talking with me, the owner about the job. I spoke with Mike after install and he came out immediately to look over the job and make good on the install. Mike repaired the excess holes and offered us, at his cost, another option for a question we had about external bluetooth speakers my husband uses. We feel that Mike cares about his customers and that a little TLC goes a long way! Thank you Mike, Christian, Leonard and Jay.
