We had Matt do a home inspection for a residential home. He was thorough and clearly explained not only structural issues, but also recommendations for general upkeep of the house and issues that may come up in a few years due to wear and tear. He offered to speak to the contractor we may be hiring so we can get a better sense of how much some repairs would cost. Matt replied to my message quickly in the beginning. He was very upfront and transparent on our first phone call. He scheduled us in on a very short notice, within 2 business days, for a home inspection to meet our deadline. On inspection day, Matt was very professional, extremely thorough and answered every question we had. He spoke to the areas which were most critical and offered suggestions of companies he felt were reliable for making repairs.
