The worst company ever. We lose power weekly. For extended periods. Do you have any idea how much money you cost me? Hotels because we don’t have heat. Meals because we can’t cook. Fridges full of food that go bad. You pretend to sell power but all you deliver is incompetence and then you have the audacity to charge for it. It’s constant. You ruin my day regularly. You ruin my weeks regularly. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Words can’t express how awful of a service you provide. There are local lemonade stands run by 9 year olds that are more reliable than you. Figure it out because you single handedly make this town an awful place to live.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Morteza Mirkeshmiri, the engineer, and the entire Lane Powerworker team for their incredible efforts in restoring power to our town after the freezing rain that caused a three-day outage.

Morteza and his team worked tirelessly around the clock, not only ensuring the safety of the power lines but also doing everything they could to get the lights back on as quickly as possible. The level of dedication, professionalism, and determination shown by Morteza, especially in such harsh conditions, was nothing short of remarkable.

Thanks to their hard work, our town was able to regain power, and we are extremely grateful for their persistence and commitment. Morteza’s leadership and expertise truly made a difference in this difficult situation.

A big shout-out to Morteza and everyone involved — your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are so thankful for your service to our community.

I am sure the repair crews have been working tirelessly to get power back on after the ice storm. Why would your admin staff stop providing estimated repair times at around 7 PM? You had listed an estimated time of 8 PM for repairs, that time passed and then it was no more updates, nobody answered the phone, you just figured it was best to screw your customers. You didn't cause the storm, not your fault but if you don't know when repairs will be done then just say so. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to just end communication.

If I could give Innpower 0 stars I would. This company is terrible. The management is terrible. We had a recent ice storm in Ontario and was without power for nearly 5 days. Innpower didn't return my calls or emails. Management didn't respond to my emails either. They did not handle the situation well at all. I pay over $300 a month to Innpower for a very lousy service. The 'delivery' charge is obscene. The only reason I'm with Innpower is that's the only choice. If I could switch to another company. Absolutely terrible service. Innpower told me our area was hit the hardest but knowing that they didn't restore our power in time compared to other areas that were not hit as hard due to the storm. I do not recommend Innpower at all. I will also but filing a complaint to the Ontario Energy Board and the Better Business Bureau.

If I could give 0 stars I would… power is constantly turning off and they have nonexistent customer service. My husband and I emailed/contacted them a few times when our power was out for 40+ hours as all of our food in the fridge and freezer went bad and we never got a response. We have been with innpower for less than a year and the power has turned off over 20 times. Thousands of dollars in food wasted!!!

Extremely disappointed in the performance of innpower and their lack of customer service

Horrible utility provider. Billing is always behind, been charged a late fee for absolutely no good reason, high rates, have to jump through hoops to setup autopay and payment portal has been down for 3-4 days. im sure they’ll try to charge another late fee once this bill becomes ‘past due’ though it’s an issue on their end.

The power is incredibly inconsistent. Constantly turning off and on. We’ve had power outages in all season, at all times of day, and some that last for days on end. There is ZERO communication from them and when I try to contact support, there is no response. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Very poor customer service , after calling and personal visit, technician does not respond. More than 2 months waiting for new connection. I think executive personal need to review all the customer service complaint stats regularly and try to provide best service.
