This is the worst company to deal with. I had an issue where my AC was not producing cold air and was still under warranty. They sent someone out and said everything was working fine and sent me a bill for $120. They did not come inside or talk to me, I don’t even think they checked anything. My house was 27 degrees inside. I called them to discuss the issues and spoke to John. He was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. He was swearing and yelling at me on the phone and told me to hire someone else. What a joke of company, do not hire these people, complete a rip off.

First let me say that my experiences with Innisfil Air Conditioning Limited extends over 38 years in my professional capacity (using them to service furnaces in my former workplaces) and also occasionally in my home. Recently, I placed an emergency call for our furnace shutting off, on a cold Saturday evening (7:30 p.m). I did receive a return call from a technician and he said that he did not have parts for my brand of furnace and said it would have to wait until Monday.(no home visit to verify if it needed parts!) So, there I was with an 88 year old mother and we had no heat. He did provide me with a phone number of another company to call, but no answer. I found his response extremely annoying as Innisfil Air had provided annual maintenance in the past on the same furnace. In the past when we had the furnace shut down, it was the flame sensor, so that part would've only needed to be cleaned not replaced, which could've actually have restarted the furnace and solved the problem. Long story short, I was able to find a great local company who came out at 9:30 p.m. and cleaned the flame sensor and the furnace was back in business...and it was half the price of an Innisfil Air call. I called in on Monday and was unable to speak to anyone as your call goes to voicemails that are not answered. I guess they lost a long-time customer who, before this incident, valued them as a company...but no more.

I just witnessed one of their white vans drive up to a red light and straight on through as if it was green. Could not believe my eyes but there was no one coming the other way. Could have been a very deadly mistake. Wednesday July 23, 12:45pm. St. Vincent at Rose St.

Called them for emergency service on two separate occasions. Always quick to respond and technicians were very professional and generous.

Our furnace broke in the coldest and snowiest days in Barrie, they came and fixed under two hours.

Jon and Steve installed both units efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. You would never know that they had been here except for my new air conditioning and furnace. They represented the company with integrity and experience which is an asset to any company. I would have no problem referring Innisfil Air to my family or friends. They are a very competitive company, Thanks again!

The phone line was cutting off before I could get through the menu to leave a message (because they don't have a person who answers phones). When I emailed to complain about that they replied with rude snippy comments that didn't actually address any of my issues. 0/10 on the customer service front.
I don't care that they installed the furnace I'm switching service providers now. They've lost my business
