I cannot say enough about the service and the commitment of the staff in helping me resolve the problem I had with a heat pump AC/heating unit that I bought from them 11 years ago. Justin (supervisor) had sent technicians over to find the refrigerant leak on my unit and when they could not find the leak they recharged my system at no charge. 👍
Finally this year, Maclean, the young, knowledgeable and persistant technician found the cause of the leak, fixed and recharged again at no charge.
Excellent business to deal with a high level of commitment to service and satisfaction. Thank you all.

We had a No Heat issue on the tenant’s side of our 3 year old duplex and they sent out a technician the same day. McLean (the tech) called to advise he was on his way and arrived promptly after the call. He immediately discovered the issue was a faulty thermostat and replaced it, as he had one in his truck. He took the extra time to ensure the units were working efficiently on both sides of the duplex and also educated us on regular home owner maintenance, which should have been done at the time the unit was initially installed. McLean was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were outstanding. We were very pleased with our overall experience and commend McLean for his expertise and fantastic attitude!

Excellent Service! He is knowledgable and efficient. I missed my scheduled appointment this morning and he kindly fit me in later in the day. He was informative and friendly. He showed me how to use features on my system and on my cell phone that I was not aware of, and set them up as well. I highly recommend this service tech, his name is Mclean. Best Service Ever! I have used Independent Energy twice this year (hooking up a gas dryer and disconnecting a gas stove) and will call them any time I require services that they provide. When I phoned about the stove, Brandon got me in the same day! Both times, McLean was my technician. He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations on each occasion. He is extremely personable and explains everything he is doing if you want to know. McLean's demeanor makes the customer feel like you are welcoming a friend into your home, not a stranger. Highly recommend Independent Energy...a new spin on energy efficient and positive energy.

I had a furnace replaced in my garage on Feb 16 2023 ... All I can say is the Gentlemen working in my home were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job on the install and made sure that everything was to Code!! Awesome job guys and thank you so much! McLean was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly service techs I’ve met. My interactions with the rest of the staff at Independant energy have been nothing but positive. Service companies can often come off a little condescending to customers … not at Independant energy. Their customer service and beside manor are unrivalled in my experiences as a home owner of 28 years.
