Most of the places I've been to in the Edmonton area just use the same standard kit one can purchase off the Wal-mart shelf. In one case, there was one once that it.wa LITERALLY the walmart brand off the shelf!!!

FAIR WARNING!: ICON tests are not like the others. They're more "professional grade" and are much more sensitive. You've been warned.

I mean, I was fine, no reason for worries. But yeah their tests are no joke.

Testing aside the staff ( especially for being 8am on a Monday) were sociable and courteous. They were friendly but conducted themselves in a very professional manner of decorum.

I greatly appreciate that this was NOT the standard "office space" environment. The interior is AMAAAAZING and everywhere you look there's something to see. They could make money just charging admission and guided tours like a mini Ripleys museum for art and decor. This made for a much more relaxed, welcoming, and comfort environment, which makes a big difference when one is attempting to urinate ON command. TOTES ADORRRRBZ!

Thanks for helping me not be pee-shy ICON! I'll definitely look forward to urinating here again and making it my.... "Number One"..... pot on the spot 🤣

The Staff at Icon Safety are super friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and an awesome atmosphere. The interior has some neat accessories and conversation pieces. The administrative assistant engaged in conversation right away and made me feel welcomed.The teacher include stories and humor in their approach to keeping the students involved and attentive. This company is a great place to obtain your training. The owner was courteous and super friendly. I would definitely come back for recertification.

Excellent first aid course. The teacher Cindy was engaging, funny, and did a great job of helping us all learn and be well informed. The course itself is long but I understand it is a lot of material to cover. Two 1/2 day courses would be more conducive to better learning. Overall the best training facility I’ve ever been to.

I’ve attended many safety courses over the years, this one was by far the most enjoyable. The employees were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. The instructor was engaging, knew the material well and able to answer any questions. I highly recommend Icon!!

The instructor's unwavering dedication and the warm hospitality of the staff were incredibly impressive. Without a doubt, this is the institution I will choose for any future courses I may need.

This training facility is hands down the best facility I’ve been to. By far. Fantastic and very friendly owners. The teacher was great and the facility is superb. Superb may be an understatement actually. The decor and furnishings of their setup is so comforting and just warmness on the soul. Recommend everyone to take courses at ICON. Thank you for having me.
