Yes they are helpful yes they are accommodating yes they are people and yes they can be difficult if your putting them in the position to be less than accommodating. I personally found the experience quite opposite of what I expected it was easygoing and less stressful than I believed it would be. The staff were polite efficient informative very accommodating.

No option to leave zero stars. This is a public service, and when you deal with public servants, they should be of assistance went to retrieve personal belongings from my vehicle. Dealing with Nicole probably one of the worst employees I ever dealt with rude condescending, very unhelpful obviously just a pure unhappy person

Lady in office was such an excellent person. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY....should be more people like her in customer service jobs..She should be commended!!!

On December 2015 there was a non at fault accident caused by a valet parking attendant. The person damaged my car and ICBC was contacted. Now, more than 2 months after the accident my car is in the shop for repair and I got a phone call from my own insurance company Canadian Direct telling me that ICBC did not have the courtesy to tell Canadian Direct that they pave to pay my deductible.
Canadian Direct asked me to contact ICBC in order to make sure that when I pick up my car tomorrow I do not have to pay the deductible.
ICBC does not co-operate: it is the "commercial claims department" that handles the claim and nobody there is picking up the phone.
Shame on you ICBC, for not taking care in a timely matter of insurance claims.

They have the yard organized well enough, but not being able to bring in my boyfriend on account of lack of ID to go through my car after the accident was a major MAJOR inconvenience.
