I had so much work I had to do today but I was able to do none of it because the power has been out all day.
The only estimate we got for when the power would be back was almost 2 hours ago
If your looking for a reliable power company then go elsewhere because you won't be getting that with Hydro One.

I can't believe all these bad reviews. Hydro one is the best. If the power ever goes out they send you a text right away and always have the power back on within hours. Last week my power line on my house was damaged and it happened to be on the night of my son's 24 birthday ? I called them up they where here in 20 mins had a new line up and powering our house in 30 mins...they saved the party!! The guys where awesome we gave them cake ? lol. I can't believe they have any bad reviews to be honest.

I love how this company posts that they're reliable online but when you actually need to rely on them the powe has been our for around 6 hours with an estimated time of getting it back in 3 more hours.
Though if you trust the time your given by Hydro One then you might be out of luck since they said we'd be getting it back an hour and 40 minutes ago so you can't rely on the information they give either

If you live in a small town these people do not care about you at all.
If you have an outage and you're in a rural area you can expect them to take full day to restore a single downed line.

A truck took out 2 poles, severed wires, hydro out for 8 hours, watched the crews replace 2 poles and all the wires, worked all day and finally got us back before dark
Thanks to those hard working guys for a job well done

I called because of low voltage issues and reached the automated operator which was surprisingly helpful. I received a call back about 3 minutes later and a crew was dispatched to my home in a few hours. The crew were professional and respectful of my concerns and questions. The work was completed to the highest standards and the two gentlemen were the best of the best in my eyes. Excellent job.

Well...I am pretty much fed up with power outages in the South part of Kingsville, Ontario.
Usually it is once a day....well today with the wind up around 15 - 20 KM/hr we have lost power 5 times so far (it is early and will likely lose power several more times today!)...this is un real!
Getting tired of resetting clocks, timers and replacement of appliances prematurely!

Much rather have a company who knows how to make power lines not go out. The employees deserve to be fired.
