Mark and Gord and his Team are AMAZING!
We had a water leak/flood in our suite we rent a year ago. They were promp and professional.
They did everything they could to get our place back together ASAP and treated us like we owned the place!

Well here we are again! A year later!
It's happening all over again! A leak sprung in a different spot in the main water line coming into the house!

Who did I call first? Mark and his team.
They made me feel so comfortable the first time I called Mark even before the property manager.
They were so on top of things on a Saturday morning that they were in the suite cleaning up the water before we even got to work ourselves!

They treat their customers very kindly.
Even when you don't own the place you live, they are dealing with the renter and treat you like it's your home.

Had a genuine nightmare situation after a pipe burst in my basement. Mark quickly dispatched a crew then hopped on FaceTime to help me shut things down and investigate the cause. I cannot express how much I rate Mark (the manager) and the two work people he sent out to my home at 10.30pm on a holiday weekend. I noticed my furnace was leaking water late at night and my property manager reached out to Hydraclean. Before I knew it, Mark was on the phone to me to reassure me his team were enroute and to ask me some questions in the meantime. I was anxious when the 2 person team arrived as my two small children were asleep and I didn't know how much noise would be made. I didn't even need to worry, nor did I mention I had children sleeping. They were so quiet, professional, reassuring and thorough in their work. Mark stayed in contact with his crew throughout their visit and the issue was solved efficiently and effectively. The crew returned the following day as they were not happy with the condition of the furnace and next managed to set up humidifiers to thoroughly dry out the space and returned to vent out the furnace. They had to vent it put through the garage door as a temporary measure but made sure my house was totally secured from any animals or people getting in via the garage door. The female who accompanied Gord, I think her name was Jenny was so good at her job, as was Gord, they both had excellent communication with each other aswell as myself and I was confident my kids and I were jn safe hands. Following on from this visit, a septic tank issue which I have had for 3months and which several people had been out to look at was still ongoing. Hydraclean were sent out once again and thankfully Mark was on hand via the phone for me to explain the issues and to run over possible causes. Conflicting advice and answers had been given by several tradesmen previously and to be honest I was at my limit with the house stinking of sewage. Again, Mark sent Gord out and some investigations began. Mark concluded it was without a doubt a septic gas issue and worked hard on my behalf to get this issue solved once and for all. Mark came by the house today for the first time, he hadn't even got inside the house before finally confirming to me what I have been trying to tell tradesmen for the best part of 3months...that the smell was coming out of the septic covers outside and that the inlet and outlet pipes were located right next to the tank covers. He came inside and looked at the furnace and discussed his theory with a plumber from a different company who was already here trying to source the smell. An action plan has been put in place now to get the house smelling as it should be and not like the inside of the septic tank. To Mark, Gord and Jenny....thank you. Thank you for advocating for me, for talking me seriously, for being professional and reassuring in your nature and for being efficient, effective and hard working. Your effort, time and hard work has been greatly appreciated and I would highly, highly recommend Hydraclean to anyone who will listen!
