Over the long weekend, my solar system collapsed and everything essential stopped working while my non-essentials worked. It was not fun! I phoned Howell first thing on Tuesday morning and I had an experienced service technician at my house in 2 hours. Andy had helped to install the system a few years back. He got me straightened out, explained the problem and was thorough in his investigation with solutions.

I have used Howell now for a few years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their service.

Showed up within the designated time frame and moved quickly - Jarryd was accompanied by a very young female, likely just out of High School and who I assumed was his new apprentice. That's great to see! Females in Trades - atta girl! Notable was how professional & kindly he'd treated her whilst educating her along the way. She seemed very intent on learning - a sweet girl, always had a smile. They finished the job quickly, cleaned-up and off they went - no mess, no stress :). Perfect! Not a bad thing - fairly common, in-fact not to but if I could suggest anything it would be to maybe introduce the apprentice to the home owner, etc... if they happen to come in, after the initial greet - just as a service-type "over & above". I have no complaints. Thank you!

The install of the portable A/C went very smoothly. I was shown how to run the machine as well as how to use all the settings. He explained how to clean filters and empty water before storing. Alex was a very pleasant and helpful young man. Thank You

Very professional,they were polite and helpful. They were done the job faster than we thought, and still very thorough. We appreciated that they cleaned up as they went. Our bill also reflected how efficiently the job was done We will use Howell again. Thanks Andy and Jared.
