My boyfriend and I recently used Hoovers to switch our home from oil to propane. We’re first time home buyers and this was an unexpected cost and very stressful to deal with. Sonia, Mark and the whole Hoovers team was so incredibly accommodating and amazing throughout the process. Very happy with the experience with your company. The gentleman whom come to clean furnace was very pleasant. He showed me what he was doing and explained about a part we needed and how much it cost. The beginning of this year in the winter your company cleaned our chimney. We were very happy with the results and the men were very pleasant as well. The technician who came to our rescue today and revived our dead furnace in below-freezing temperatures was experienced, knowledgeable, and, above all, kind and considerate. Fast, efficient & effective service. However, we asked the Technician to also please check our Water Heater as part of the annual furnace preventative check, and he didn't want to move the washer/dryer to access it. Disappointed.
