Home Depot at the Ashburn location is the worst! Purchased a gas oven range and paid for the installation service and was never told it could take up to 4 weeks to get permit for the installer. Tried to return the gas oven range still in the package the next day and told no because of it being a special order. The store mgr Brian was not helpful and very rude! I would never recommend any type of services through Home Depot, go with Lowes a much better store and employees!

They sent the workers with the wrong truck so they didn't have the tools to do the install, even after I waited for them and they had already taken the old vent hood microwave out. They left the new one on the floor in the garage, not even back in it's box or on any packaging. I was told they'd scheduled me a new appointment and would get a call letting me know when after "the holiday weekend. The holiday in question was Halloween. That did not happen. I had to call them when it had been over a week and I hadn't heard word one. 10 days later, my microwave was installed. The technicians showed up before the designated window and didn't call ahead. Good thing I was home.

I went in to design my kitchen and Salem Yohannes made sure I had everything I wanted in my kitchen design layout. She was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I would highly recommend going here if you are in the process of remodeling your kitchen.
