I had the pleasure of buying 2 fireplace inserts from High Energy recently and could not be more pleased. They were professional, did a quality installation with both wood and a gas insert and use them daily. I would highly recommend Hi Energy to improve your old fireplace with either gas or wood.

Jack, Dom and their crew did an amazing job. We got a Jotul F V3 500 Oslo and it looks amazing, Our wood stove installation was very challenging since we have a steep metal roof and a 25 foot interior ceiling . I would highly recommend these guys.

Have had three fire places installed by this business over the last three years (one wood stove, two propane). They are very professional and never leave a mess behind them. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. I would use them again but I would probably be questioned for my obsession with fire places. Highly recommend!

We recently replaced a wood-burning fireplace with a gas unit and had an excellent experience with High Energy Gas and Wood. They gave us a free in-home consultation, provided the most competitive quote out of a few local companies (including different options and prices to consider), and were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The crew removed the old fireplace and disposed of it for us and installed the new one same-day. Dom and Jack and team are friendly and great at explaining the options, finding solutions to problems, and gave great advice on operation and maintenance of our new unit. Highly recommend this company.

What an amazing business. Jack helped me out with sourcing a part for my install that 6 other companies couldn't get and he had one in stock. Will defiantly be back for my wood stove needs. Worth the dive. Highly recommended.

As 1st time homeowners, we shopped around a while before finding High Energy in Metcalfe. They were incredibly professional (Dom was patient taking our constant calls!) and did excellent work. Jack was awesome and they delivered on time (and faster than their competitors). He was very conscious of safety and only made recommendations that made sense for us financially, logistically and creatively. We couldn't be happier and won't hesitate to recommend them again to anyone!
